On Sunday we dedicated Sophia and Josiah at church. When we dedicate a child it's not a salvation issue, but a promise to teach our children the truth about Jesus, to be the best example we can be as parents of Jesus' love and as a church to support the parents as well as to teach the children about Jesus when the opportunity arises. It is an awesome privilege and a great responsibility.
Afterward, we had a little 'open house' party at our place and had a great time with the babies and friends and a little bit of family that was able to make it out from California. The support from the church family has been awesome, even though we will be moving back to California in early January.
