December 13th??

Just a quick thought and update.
Ashlee is ready. I mean, READY. Her body is being stretched beyond 'normal' limits; literally and figuratively.
In about 7 hours the medications are going to be stopped and they will allow labor to proceed naturally. Though they are only 35 weeks tomorrow, they will still be 2 weeks early as far as twins are concerned. But being that they are so hearty and healthy, they will hopefully be able to come home with Ash after a few days.

As you know, at last ultrasound, she was still head down, -2 and ready to go. He turned breach. Hopefully he turned back over the last couple days. Fortunately, the doctors on duty tonight and tomorrow/tomorrow night have the skill, ability and practice of 'breech extraction' for the second baby. The doctors prefer this to a c-section since we might have another baby some day and it is better on the body and pregnancy if there is no previous c-section.

Our desire is that they are born tomorrow and that this doesn't last for another week; however, the babies health and God's timing is best.

We are indeed nervous, scared, excited, afraid, at peace ... Again, most of all, we know the Creator is in control and He directs all things for the best. Period.

So, will it be December 13th, 2006??
